These carriers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Licensed Insurance Professionals: We may share your information with licensed insurance agents and advisors who assist in reviewing your application and providing personalized guidance.
• Licensed Estate Planning and Trust Attorneys: When you request a complimentary estate or trust review through our Services, or otherwise indicate interest in trust, will, or probate planning, we may share your contact information and the planning-relevant portions of the information you provided (such as homeownership status, dependents, existing life insurance, and existing estate documents) with a licensed estate planning or trust attorney for the purpose of providing that review or consultation. These attorneys are independent professionals bound by their own state bar rules and professional conduct obligations.
• Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services, including hosting providers, analytics platforms, CRM systems, email service providers, and appointment scheduling platforms. Opting out will not affect sharing necessary to complete a transaction you have specifically requested or sharing within the exceptions listed above.

4c. Telephone Communications and Text Messaging Consent

When you provide your phone number through our Services, you consent to receive calls and text messages from SurePath Quotes LLC and our licensed insurance professionals regarding your quote, application, scheduled consultations, or complimentary reviews you have requested, including through automated dialing systems or prerecorded voice messages where applicable. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

You may opt out of marketing calls and text messages at any time by:

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state Do Not Call lists.
