SurePath provides an online platform that enables users to:

• Compare life insurance quotes from multiple licensed insurance carriers
• Perform needs analysis calculations to determine recommended coverage amounts
• Interact with an AI-powered assistant for general informational guidance
• Submit insurance applications through our platform for processing by licensed carriers
• Access educational content about life insurance products

SurePath is not an insurance company and does not underwrite insurance policies. All insurance products are issued by third-party insurance carriers. SurePath acts as a facilitator connecting you with licensed insurance carriers and licensed insurance professionals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) are a legal resident of the United States; (c) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and (d) are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law.

4. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Services may require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and other demographic data. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. 7. Quote Accuracy and Availability

The quotes displayed on our platform are estimates only, based on the information you provide and rates available from our carrier partners at the time of your request. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Actual premiums may vary based on underwriting review, medical examination results, and other factors determined solely by the insurance carrier
• SurePath does not guarantee that any quote will result in an approved policy at the quoted rate
• Quotes are subject to change without notice and may expire
• Not all insurance products or carriers may be available in your state of residence

8. AI Assistant

Our Services include an AI-powered assistant (the "AI Assistant") designed to provide general informational assistance about life insurance concepts and to help guide you through the platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI Assistant does not provide personalized insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice
• Responses generated by the AI Assistant are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• You should not rely solely on the AI Assistant when making insurance purchasing decisions
• The AI Assistant is not a licensed insurance agent or financial advisor
• SurePath is not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the AI Assistant

9. Electronic Communications

By using our Services and providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to emails, text messages, and notifications related to your quotes, applications, and account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of SurePath or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content; (b) use any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, services, and applications, including insurance carrier websites and quote engines (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). These Third-Party Services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content, quotes, coverage recommendations, or any other information provided through the Services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you, if any, to SurePath during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SurePath and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any information you provide through the Services, including any claim that such information is inaccurate, misleading, or infringes upon a third party's rights.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Changes to These Terms
